Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the services of Moenlam Travels. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

**1. Booking and Reservations:**

   1.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

   1.2 Reservations require a non-refundable deposit, the amount of which will be specified during the booking process.

   1.3 Full payment must be made before the commencement of the visa process and trip

**2. Travel Documentation:**

   2.1 All clients must be in possession of a valid passport and necessary documents at the commencement of travel. All such documentation is the sole responsibility of the client. 

   2.2 Your travel advisor may assist you in applying for the necessary travel documentation upon request. Moenlam Travels accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the failure of clients to obtain appropriate documentation.

**3. Cancellations and Refunds:**

   3.1 Cancellations made by the client are subject to cancellation fees as outlined in the booking confirmation.

   3.2 Refunds are processed in accordance with our refund policy, and clients are encouraged to review this policy before making reservations.

   3.3 If your visa gets rejected a refund of the full tour package will be provided.

   3.4 In the event of cancellation, we will refund any payment made to Moenlam Travels(not including any cancellation fee that is applicable) within 14 days after we have received your written cancellation request.

    3.5 cancellation charges may differ as per third party sources . Moenlam Travels cancellation fees are very reasonable, third party channels may be responsible for extra cancellation charges.

**4. Itinerary Changes:**

   4.1 We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, political unrest, or other external factors.

   4.2 Clients will be informed of any significant changes to their itinerary as soon as possible.

**5. Travel Insurance:**

   5.1 Travel insurance is necessary to enter Bhutan, we strongly recommend that clients purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost baggage. It is also a good idea to purchase a travel insurance policy with trip disruption coverage

   5.2 It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the travel insurance coverage is adequate for their needs.

**6. Passport and Visa Requirements:**

   6.1 The travel agency is not liable for any consequences arising from the client’s failure to meet passport, travel insurance and necessary document requirements.

**7. Health and Vaccinations:**

   7.1 Clients are responsible for checking and meeting any health and vaccination requirements for their destination.

   7.2 The travel agency is not responsible for any health-related issues arising during or after the trip.

**8. Responsibility and Liability:**

   8.1 The travel agency acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers. We are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, errors, omissions, theft or inaccuracies in information, wrongful, negligent, fraudulent or the failure of any equipment operated by those suppliers or any other party not directly owned or controlled by Moenlam Travels.

   8.2 Clients are responsible for their personal belongings and are advised to take necessary precautions to safeguard their valuables.

   8.3 Moenlam Travels reserves the right to substitute hotels, flights, or cruise ships, to alter itineraries, or to cancel the tour prior to departure. If Moenlam Travels has cancelled any tour prior to the commencement of the tour, Moenlam Travels is liable for a full refund of the money received from the client.

    8.4 You will receive help and advice from our representatives but all activities are undertaken at your own risk. Moenlam Travels, its employees and agents cannot be responsible for any action or event that occurs after its said employees and agents have exercised their duty and taken the necessary care.

**9. Force Majeure:**

   9.1 Moenlam Travels is not liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from acts beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.

**10. Governing Law:**

   10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bhutan, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

**11. Miscellaneous:**

   11.1 These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time, and clients are advised to review them periodically.

   11.2 Failure to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions does not waive our right to enforce such provision.

   11.3 Moenlam Travels reserves the right to modify or rescind the terms and conditions in whole, or in part at any time with or without notice.
